Electronic Transcripts

91制片厂 has partnered with Parchment to provide a safe, secure, and efficient manner of ordering and delivering electronic transcripts. Any current or former student can request their TSU transcript online. A certified pdf transcript may be sent to any recipient you choose. However, you must confirm if the recipient has an email address and will consider an electronic transcript to be official. For more information, please visit our .

Requesting a Paper Transcript

The Office of Records 91制片厂 will issue official transcripts of a student鈥檚 academic record at the University upon written request of the student. Starting July 1, 2024, under new federal regulations, certain students with prior debts or obligations may be eligible to receive their transcript. This applies if the student received Title IV funds while in school and satisfied all institutional financial obligations during the semester they received those funds. Parchment orders are reviewed daily to determine if a transcript can be released despite a hold. Questions regarding an outstanding balance and eligibility to receive your transcript should be directed to the Bursars Office at bursar@tnstate.edu.

Typically, transcripts will be issued within 1-2 business days of the receipt of the request. However, during peak busy times, it may take 3-5 business days to send the transcript. Please note that under no circumstances are transcripts given over the counter.听All transcripts must be mailed. Transcript Request Form must include a signature.

Requests cannot be made over the phone.

A photo ID is required when requesting a transcript.
